MultiCare Rockwood Urgent Care - Downtown

Brian Tennant and Hanna were the ones who helped me and were phenomenal! I don’t think I could go to any other urgent care besides this one. They listen to you and seem to actually care about the patients and want to make sure they figure out what the issue is. Even though it was a busy day they still treated me great and helped with everything. I would give 10 stars if I could!

This is the most efficient urgent care I’ve ever been to. I scheduled an appointment online and was taken back quickly. The nurse was kind and Dr Kindler was so patient and listened to my concerns. They sent me down for labs and ultrasound (so convenient it’s all in one place). The man who drew my blood was so quick, by far the quickest blood draw I’ve ever had. The ultrasound techs were friendly and all of my results were available SO fast. This will definitely be my go to when we need urgent care.

Emma and Dr. Mooberry at the North Eye Clinic on the 2nd floor are very kind, helpful, and patient. Truly helped create a positive experience for someone who gets nervous to get their eyes checked. Dr. Mooberry is very informative to help my friend figure out what was the best solution to her eye problems. We appreciate you!

Told it was going to be a 2 hr wait. People coming in checking in get called before I did after we were next in line. I'm not coming back here, as I've been to different urgent cares and it doesn't take 2hrs to be seen. Providence checks us in and we are seen in 5mins or less depending on how many people are in Q in the building.
