MultiCare Rockwood Clinic - Primary Care

I’ve been going here for many years even before the location changed and I have always had a positive experience. I use mychart to communicate and they respond promptly and thoroughly. Even the front desk and billing people have always been pleasant and easy to work with. I know sometimes Only people who want to complain leave reviews so I just wanted to let people know that I believe more people have a positive experience than a negative experience. Keep up the good work and don’t let the negative people get you down! There are lots of people who appreciate how hard your job is and appreciate your excellent patient care.

Rockwood is the most fraudulent biller, other than Mounts Carmel Hospital, that I know. They stretch the truth and facts to find ways to double bill. AND of course you have to pay while fighting them so they don’t screw your credit over. THE WORST!

I'll make this as short as possible since I'm beyond frustrated. My first appointment in December was fine, I had no issues. My next appointment in February is what is causing me to never come back here. I was told my total at the front desk, I have a witness to what that total was. I get offered a paper for financial assistance, I take that and leave. I then get a message on MyChart with a bill that is suddenly CHARGING ME DOUBLE of what I was told. Uh, no. It's impossible to get hold of anyone for the next week. I finally get some reply back gaslighting me about the bill, making up some non-existent reason I'm charged DOUBLE, which this "reason" is no where on my bill. This clinic charges you AFTER you leave, you'll get a surprise bill that's way more. Why? Who knows? Of course they won

I love everyone here. They are so kind and helpful. They do everything they can to help me. I would highly recommend them!

Do not see Angelica Yarter unless you are looking to have your life cut short by incompetence. My father went to her twice in 3 weeks feeling badly and with a persistent cough. First she told him it was heartburn and then when he went back, she told him it was just old age. She didnt listen and didnt order any tests. When he went to the Providence urgent care and a Doctor listened to him, ran tests and he was diagnosed with pneumonia. I'll say it again. PNEUMONIA. Not old age.
