MultiCare Rockwood Clinic Pediatrics - North Spokane

We love this office! Our kids see Dr. Von Bracht and we usually see the medical assistant, Maria or sometimes Trinity. What a fantastic team- super friendly, always happy to answer questions and go above and beyond when there are insurance mishaps and other debacles. Our kids love going here because of the environment created by the staff. Thank you Northpointe Team!

The providers that we have seen here have been wonderful. However, the billing department is a disaster. I would get different answers depending on who I spoke to, and there are several hidden costs that they weren't upfront about. I would strongly recommend finding a private practice where you will be treated as a human and not a case number .

Been coming here for a few years and have only stayed because kids been seen here and hate switching. But today is about all i can handle. Appointment time 3:25 Arrival time 3:10 Got here early for 0 reason but they require it. Called back 3:26 Seen doctor at 3:58 Make sense of this please. Why schedual an appointment and then request us to be 15 minutes early to sit and do nothing then to be taken back to sit and wait another 15 plus minutes before being seen??? Years. Every appointment. This is ridiculous beyond anything ive seen. Why? Schedual your patience to be seen at or within a adequate time period. The whole come 15 minutes early to sit and wait until your appointment then to be taken back and wait even more?

I really like the pediatrician in the office, however the staff needs some guidance. My phone calls never get answered and today I was going to schedule out two appointments for my baby girl, but the staff decided to have a meeting during that time. I use to work in a dental office our meetings were always before or after work or during lunch. Not when patients were coming and going. I find this to be very disrespectful of patients time.

The most disgusting experience. Both of my kids had appointments setup for today. But because one of my kids (a toddler) had a small runny nose both of our kids were refused to be helped. We asked if my wife could speak with the doctor because the original appt had to do with behavior health. They stated that she can not speak with the doctor because it would not fit into the time slot....The time slot that we had already reserved for both of my kids. When my wife asked for the policies or any information on how the decisions are made on refusal of care the MA threatened to call the police. My mother in law was a patient here as well during her time her doctor had no bedside manners along with not wearing gloves.
