I got a surgery from Dr. Shiliang Chang months ago. From the initial visit to post-op care, her communication was clear and straightforward. Her professional opinion a bit differed from how I perceived my condition and how I wanted to treat it, but she still respected my wish and gave me the final say, which I very appreciated. Right after surgery, I was amazed how fast I could recover without complications and how my suture site looked thanks to her exceptional skills. I got the outcome I hoped for and am now pain free. So I can't thank her enough. Everyone at the facility at Tacoma and Gig harbor was kind and caring as well.

I LOVE Dr. Browne!! Very respectful, answered every question I and all of my family had. My breast reduction was considered aggressive and not normal, but he and his team did a great job putting me back together after removing almost 5 pounds of tissue. It has been life changing for the better.
