This team is exceptional! 2nd time visiting and every time very professional , efficient, and very thorough. I arrived before my appointment 9:30 and they got me checked in almost immediately. I go here instead of my primary care doc.

I actually really enjoyed my urgent care torture here, ha! The ambience was colorful and uplifting. Alyshia at the front desk was delightful. The whole place was very clean, and the entire staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. I would definitely choose this place in the future, but only if I unfortunately needed urgent medical care again!!

Everyone is so friendly and nice here. They were very conscientious about my comfort and if I felt ok. If I ever have to go to an Insta Care facility again, I will definitely come here.

Staff was incredibly friendly! Made an appointment and they got us in shortly after checking in. Everyone was great with young kids from the nurse to the PA. Highly recommend! Book your appointment online in advance. Also facility was very clean and offered nice amenities like free water, juice and snacks.

My fiance scheduled an appointment to be seen at noon for a second time because the first appointment they did nothing to help with pain management or treatment. Showed up at noon, sat for an hour in the waiting room before being taken back to an exam room, and was left in the exam room for almost thriry minutes before finally being seen. Unorganized and staff should be re-trained on protocols for emergency situations to avoid unnecessary delays.
