MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Marysville

Had to go to Indigo Urgent care after a head wound at home. Everyone working there were professional & pleasant. Quick service & care given to include a few minutes after closing time. I was impressed with how quick everyone reacted. Will remain a loyal customer & encourage others in the region to go as needed. A prior military veteran as well as a long career in Law Enforcement. Today I returned to Indigo to have the staples removed. Walked in & was seen within minutes. The staff were friendly as usual & took a few minutes with quick service completed. Very professional & the building was exceptionally clean.

I had a lot going on when I came to my appointment. I would have totally understood if the staff was irritated with me, but they were so nice and accommodating. This is my second experience with this office and both have exceeded expectations. I love the administration and medical staff. 10/10 recommend.

I was bet satisfied with my visit. I'm visiting family here and her took my insurance and got me in and out in no time. I had acute bronchitis and they have me xrays and talk to a doctor. The staff was nice and I didn't have any wait time at all. I'm glad I found them. Very happy

When arriving for our appointment that was scheduled online it was known by the front desk our information had changed based on what they previously had on file. Everything was updated when checking in such as phone number and address- then again while in the room with medications and all other info. After the visit had finished, another employee came into the room with discharge paperwork and wanting to confirm a phone number, which was an old phone number. I explained all of this info was updated during this appointment and gave the new number again. This employee was less engaging than the other three ladies and seemed as though talking with us was the last thing she wanted to be doing that day, also calling in another employee to put on a brace she claimed she couldn't remember how to

This is my favorite urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff have always been very professional. I’ve always been happy with the care I’ve received here both for myself and my children. Just today I took my nine month old in and we got him exactly what he needed. It didn’t take very long. I had a cup of coffee while I waited and my baby got a snack. All provided for by the clinic. I can’t recommend this place enough. So grateful they are here, grateful they accept state insurance, thank God for this place, seriously.
