I came in convinced I would need jaw surgery to correct my severe bite issues, but Dr. Lee carefully evaluated my case and developed a treatment plan that completely avoided surgery. My son was a mouth breather, lots of nasal congestion and snoring. We had his tonsils and adenoids out with the hopes of it eliminating some or all of his symptoms. About a year and a half after that we went to Dr. Robert for the symptoms above as well as my son’s teeth being crowded. He recommended an expander and braces for my son’s phase 1 treatment plan. They have been nothing but amazing. I got referred to them by Lake Stevens Dental, and Dr. Robert instantly knew why I had jaw pain (something I've disregarded for a lot of my life but just got so bad I had to ask). Within a couple of months, zero jaw pain. I can actually chew gum for a little and not have it ache for 24-48 hours anymore. I just finished two years of invisible retainers to fix it and align my teeth. I was given all of the details needed, extremely in-depth and I was able to call and email multiple times to ask questions.
