MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Kennewick

It was very easy to make an appointment and get in the same day. I had been turned away at Kadlec Urgent Care two times. This place has a nice clean comfortable lobby with kind, compassionate, competent staff that take the time to listen to your concerns. And address your issues. They offer complimentary water, coffee, juice. I will never go to Kadlec Urgent care or Kadlec Express again after finding this place.

First time coming to this urgent care & would definitely recommend to anyone in need or urgent care. Staff was wonderful & the process was not only smooth, but rather done in a timely manner. I did call ahead to reserve a time frame. Over great experience and would use them again!

Super nice staff. Very knowledgeable and quick service. They also had test results in MyChart within 15 minutes. Would recommend!

The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. All of the ladies were so beyond nice and comforting and informative. Selena and Candice were really so kind to both me and my daughter they treated us with so much care. From the second I walked in I was taken care of and was asked if I needed anything such as water snacks or juice and I thought that was so nice. I will recommend this place to everyone I know because I had an amazing experience thank you to all of the kind people who helped us today.
