Multi specialty pain management

I’ve did physical therapy at the Bronx location couple years ago and everyone from the front desk, PT’s (Rommel my favorite) and Dr’s were all wonderful. I recently moved to Middletown so the commute to the bronx office is close to two hours. So I currently do PT at the wappingers falls office. Dale the PT and techs are all wonderfullll even the new front desk lady at the desk is wonderful. Megan one of the front desk lady is rude, nasty and condescending basically doesn’t know how to speak to patients. One day I was talking to one of the tech. Megan came up to us and said we need to rap up this conversation. This behavior was so unacceptable and blatantly rude. Come to find out the tech is no longer working there. Another time she told me I need to make appointments to see the therapy.

Had a good experience with the staff and Doctor. Clean and organized clinic.

Great care by the therapists and doctor

As a result of a crash in the back of my car, I was seriously injured in my shoulder, arm, right leg, 5 disc tightness and a slight fracture in my right ankle, I have been receiving physical therapy for almost 5 months and my improvement has been surprising. All the staff are very friendly, the facilities are excellent!! Thank you so much to Multi Specialty Pain Management by Wappingers. A consecuencia de un choque en la parte trasera de mi carro quede seriamente lastimado del hombro, brazo, pierna derecha opresión de 5 discos y una leve fractura en mi tobillo derecho tengo casi 5 meses recibiendo terapia física y mi mejoría ha sido sorprendente.
