The girl upfront told my mom to wait and they would take care of her tooth. She say for six hours for the girl to call her and give her an appointment to get her tooth fixed. Instead of apologizing she told my Mother she was wrong and made it seem like it was my Mother's misunderstanding. It was not. We told her the issue and she told us to sit and the doctor would see her shortly. Six hours later they called her up for an appointment. It's not the doctors fault. That young girl was very rude

Be aware, if you are out of work the day of your visit, you can get a note for that one day. You will not however, get a note for being absent from work because of severe pain waiting for meds to kick in(2 days) while waiting on another referral appointment elsewhere. Even though you were prescribed medication, and under the care of this office. Patient care is not just about getting dental work done. Having said that Dr. Bilder was great! Very pleased.

FINALLY DONE with the dental overhaul courtesy of Dr. Bilder and his superb crew of associates out in Mullins. It's been a long journey since back in June, but I now have my full smile back! Admittedly, I have to somewhat assemble my head in the style of a glue-up model kit in the morning, but being able to look like a (mostly) civilized human being again after over a decade of pain and embarrassment is the best Christmas present I could imagine! Never thought I'd see this day but I am incredibly fortunate to have been treated so well by such a great group of professionals throughout the whole ordeal. Got a recommendation for this dentist office. We called and they said come on in. We waited in the waiting room for 2.5 hours and then my wife went to the front desk and asked how much longer and the lady said there was still 2 people in front of me. What they don’t tell is there are 2 separate waiting rooms. One for the people that have an appointment and one for the people who do not. If you were in the non appointment room you would never know how many people are in front of you. Also, saw a man walk out the office inner door and went back to ask a question and the lady in scrubs turned her back on him and got on her phone. Guy asked his question and she acted like he wasn’t even there since she was busy on her phone. Be advised to make an appointment but I wouldn’t waste my tim

Going in I was in sooo much pain got here 11:30am was numb up by 12 very fast! Pain instantly went away yay . Very very affordable! I’ve had this tooth for years due to the fact I have no dental coverage
