I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff were friendly and professional from start to finish, and the wait time was short. The facility was clean. The nurse practitioner was excellent—knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. Mya at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful, making check-in easy. The nurse who took my vitals was patient and kind, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I had an outstanding experience at Low Country Urgent Care of Marion. From the moment I called, the front desk worker made me feel welcome and at home, which immediately put me at ease. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Amy Hill, who took the time to truly listen to everything I had to say. She never talked over me and made sure I knew she understood my concerns. After I explained why I was there, she walked me through the steps I needed to take to start feeling better and get back to being 100% at work. I can’t remember her name, but the shorter medical staff member who took my blood pressure, height, weight, and asked the initial questions was incredibly kind and professional as well. I give them all 10 stars — it was an exceptional visit!

The Doctor was absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond; and she should be recognized as an asset to your facility. In these days and times, you don't see that anymore. All of the staff was very helpful as well. As a nurse myself, I was very pleased today with my care. Great job everyone!!!! 💝

I have been to this location multiple times with various ailments. Each time the staff is kind, compassionate & professional. I utilize the online appointment process & it makes things so MUCH easier, then arrive to your appointment early- you’re in & out & and on your way. Highly recommend:)
