Muddy Creek Pediatrics

My daughter has been sick for about a week. I called yesterday morning and they were able to see her that afternoon. Toral Freson saw her she checked Alexa and told us she didn't have a fever but her cough could last another couple of weeks. Our visit was very good from our arrival to when we left. The whole staff was very nice and professional. We are very happy coming to Muddy Creek Pediatrics for Alexa health care.

We always have such a great experience when we come to muddy creek! In our latest sick visit my daughter, 5, came home and said “that was the nicest thing anyone has done for me. I’m so glad Dr.Valentine made me feel better!”

Excellent!!! Dr. O'Malley is wonderful, her staff too. Dr. O'Malley is really helpful and give the best care and attention to my special needs daughter. We have been seeing Dr. Habel and Dr. O'Malley since 2019. They have always been wonderful.....Love this place.

Throughout the many years, I’ve been with Muddy Creek pediatrics, i’ve noticed that it’s gotten worse and worse. The new doctor, Dr. Valentine, I believe, quit his job within a year of being there. The front desk lady is incompetent to say the least. She cannot effectively communicate changes in plans. The actual check up feels like an interrogation rather than a child’s check up. The process is average in speed, and isn’t the worst. Otherwise, I would’ve given this place a one star review.

Parents deserve a pediatric office that is organized, transparent, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, this office has proven to be the exact opposite when it comes to billing, communication, and even basic professionalism at visits. One red flag for me early on was a provider referencing my infant/toddler’s BMI at multiple appointments. At one visit, my daughter had just turned one and weighed 25 pounds — perfectly normal for her age — yet the focus on BMI felt unnecessary and inappropriate for a child that young. The billing department, however, is where this office truly fails families. Claims are routinely mishandled, submitted incorrectly, or not submitted at all. Even worse, I often do not find out about denied claims until months — sometimes almost a year — after the fact. Typically,
