Valarie was very attentive and very special. She was the highlight of the doctors visit. She kept a lighthearted approach going all time which was very helpful. She also kept the family informed when we had an allergic reaction. She again was very helpful to me working through the reaction. Valarie is a special person and deserves recognition and also probably a raise. She is definitely an asset to the practice. The whole staff was great and informative. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Great doctor with a stellar nursing staff! The nurses were so attentive to not only my husband, but to me as well. They consistently checked in with me, made sure I was comfortable as I waited for my husband to return from his procedure. I truly appreciate how caring and professional Valerie and the other nurse (whose name escapes me) were. They both made a huge difference on a stressful day. Highly recommend this office.

Beware! Dr. Travis Van Meter wants a $200 deposit before anything can be done, regardless of insurance. My mother's cancer doctor wanted a port for her infusions. Dr Travis Van Meter's office called, set up the appointment in 6 days, sent text instruction, and spoke with me on the phone with instructions. My mother stopped her medications as requested/instructed. The day before the appointment Vanessa called and said it's office policy to make a $200 deposit which might be refunded. Only option is to cancel the appointment until it could be paid. My mother has met her deductibles for Medicare for the year. Doesn't matter though because this is a separate charge from the office and their policy which insurance doesn't apply. Dr. Anderson (same office/staff) did her biopsy without this "offi
