I had such a great first experience here as a new patient. The staff here are attentive and so kind. Doctor is very thorough about care and treatment plan. They are also very transparent about their costs and services as well. The hygienist I had was very gentle and thorough, she made sure to check in with me regularly during my deep clean to make sure I didn't have any discomfort. I hadn't been to a dentist in YEARS, so coming here felt so safe and welcoming. I highly recommend this office!

I've been going to Mt. View Family Dental for a few years now and it's always been a great experience! The staff is friendly, professional and kind. Dr. Chavana and her hygienists do a thorough job and they explain what’s happening throughout the process, which I appreciate! The office is clean, well organized, and they even have a small coffee stand in the waiting area, which adds a thoughtful touch! I was told, I wouldn't be charged for scans I didn't ask for. That was the doctors doing, he clearly doesn't know what he was looking for. I was charged for the scans any way and then received a nasty letter in the mail for having a past due balance which i clearly didn't know about until I received the letter. I won't be going back. They make you feel welcomed until money is involved.

Love this place. Have gone here since Dr. Laurain started the practice over 40 years ago! All the dentists have been great! Dr. Chavana is especially kind and patient. We have enjoyed having her as our dentist. The hygienists and dental assistants have been so good! Especially Kayla. The two ladies at the front have been really helpful and patient. Glad we come to Mt. View Family Dental for our dental work.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Mt. View Family Dental. Everyone, from the desk team to the dentist, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. A special shout out to my hygienist, Amy, who went above and beyond. She genuinely cared, took the time to get to know me, and made my visit comfortable from start to finish. This was my first appointment after moving and searching for a new dentist, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such an amazing dental office.
