Ideal Dental Century Farms

I went and got a root canal & crown done and Dr. Randazzo was amazing. He walked me through each thing he was doing. Checked on me through it all to make I was okay. I would recommend him 10/10. I will be back to get the rest of my procedures done. The staff is also so kind and positive. I felt very comfortable. If you’re looking for a great dentist and a kind staff this is the place!

10/10 experience! Definitely the best experience I’ve had at a dental office! Doctor and hygienist were super nice and welcoming and everything was done in a timely manner. Office was super clean and honestly really cute for a dental office! Definitely recommend! No hesitations going back for my next cleaning!🤩

My crown failed after 3 tries. I got the crown originally done in June 2025 by November 2025 it had failed 3x. The dentist himself was very nice and referred me out. I paid $1300 out of pocket for the new crown because I was told my insurance had already covered the failed one in order to get a refund Ideal Dental would have to send a corrective claim to BOTH of my insurance ( I have 2) so I could properly be refunded this was in NOVEMBER. Primary insurance is STILL waiting on and original EOB and secondary haven’t received a corrective claim at all. I have been treated so rude by the staff. They rush me off the phone when I call for an update. They tell me corporate is handling the claim and It’s nothing they can do about it and they’re constantly telling me they’ll have someone call me

Had a great experience at Ideal Dental Century Farm in Antioch! The staff was friendly and professional. I had my teeth cleaned and a filling done, and the dentist was very thorough and explained everything clearly. The office is clean and modern, and the location is convenient near Tanger Outlets. Highly recommend!

Dr. Adam and Sapphire were great during my procedure on yesterday! I had really high anxiety going into it due to a previous issue with another dentist but they reassured me and we got through it! Thanks guys for the great work and awesome customer service!!
