Amazing customer service and very helpful!!! Love the way they're always kind and never have nasty attitudes like most pharmacies I went too.

I had an awful, traumatic experience on Jan 20 , 2024 when trying to pick my meds up from the fallsway pharmacy. Mr Patel the pharmacist asked me if my dog was a service dog which is a Violation of the ADA ... And is clearly listed on the Federal ADA as a violation of my disability rights. Even though he had No reason to ask I did provide the ESP letter from my Dr. Etc and was told I was banned nevertheless and could not return with my ESA though the animal or myself did nothing wrong. I will be filing a federal disability discrimination lawsuit against him and the location. My dog had on the appropriate vest stating her status. I plan on filing a Federal Discrimination lawsuit.

On June 28th, 2024, I visited Mt. Vernon Pharmacy at fallsway to obtain necessary medication. I had a horrible experience. I will not be going back. First of all you have to stand in line outside to do your business, drop off or pick up medications or even Speak with the pharmacist. The excuse that I was given is that it's due to covid But we all know that pharmacies all across Maryland is open this is the only Pharmacy that I've seen that allows people to stand outside while taking care of their medical business all while trucks and ambulance are going by therefore you can't hear. This has to be a breach of HIPAA and I will be filing a complaint with HIPPA.
