Mt. Ogden Health & Rehabilitation Center

This facility does an amazing job at taking care of people/patients. My elder parent was there 2 different times in the last 6 years. Went home after terrific physical therapy. They loved the place compared to others they have stayed in. They saved another immediate family members life. Everyone says how wonderful the food is compared to many other facilities. Never smells bad in this place. If you are looking for long or short term care solutions. Save yourself heartaches and stress. You will want to make this your place of choice for yourself or a loved one.

Review from a loved one. Mt Ogden is a good place to be! Staff are friendly, the food is great, and I feel like my mom’s needs are taken care of and I don’t have to worry when I’m not there. I’ve been impressed with the leadership of the building and employee culture. Very friendly, and they communicate well. I even met with the CNA coordinator to schedule my mom’s showeres and she’s wonderful. Glad we chose Mt Ogden for our mom.

This place is so poorly ran it is mind blowing. They have mentally ill patients mixed with physical therapy and heart patients. The physical therapy and heart patients have to sit and listen to non stop screaming to where they are exhausted and getting zero rest. When I walked in there was a medicine cabinet unlocked and just sitting unattended with medications on top and no staff anywhere in sight and patients roaming around it. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. As I tried to visit with a friend we couldn't even hear ourselves speaking as the other patients were screaming and wailing and no staff in sight to calm or help them. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place. If you love your loved ones avoid this place. It is clean and that is about all it has going for them. During

Karissa is amazing and always has answers to all of my questions! Mt. Ogden really goes the extra mile to ensure transitions are smooth and well coordinated and their patients are prioritized!!
