Dr Portuando is absolutely wonderful. Attentive, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and helpful with children and overall family care. I enjoyed and was grateful for her client care and support. However, I have provided a lesser review not for the doctors care but simply because a receptionist was extremely rude to my family. I called the front desk frequently with questions that needed to be relayed to the doctor and she continuously forgot my phone call and emails leaving me with no response. When I made note of her forgetfulness she responded to me with rudeness and contempt. As well, after appointments she would hand out lollipops to my children without asking. Overall she created strife in my health care experience at this clinic. I would suggest that her client care to be more patient

I’ve see so many of the providers in this clinic from acupuncture, to massage, to natural path for personal reasons and for MVA. They are all amazing! All have unique talents to help you in your personal way and needs . I have a hard time trusting Dr.’s. But I feel comfortable and listened to here . Would recommend them to everyone! -Stephanie Z.

Dr. Portuondo is amazing. I’m almost 40 and have never had a comprehensive intake with a provider before. I was expecting the in and out 15 minutes we are usually provided within the healthcare world so I had to actually stop and think about my life, wants and needs and my health goals. She followed up with everything we talked about in the coming days. I’m excited to work with her for many years to come.

Dr. Portuando has been our family doctor for a few years. She listens, is practical and thorough. She is incredibly good with our children.

Portuondo has been our pediatrician since our son was born and she is the best! wouldn’t change providers even though it’s a longer drive these days.
