Dr.Westover is kind and considerate of my fears despite the toughness of my complicated surgery on my front teeth, I appreciate his understanding my fear due to a very rough dentist as a child. It’s not hurting as bad as I expected . His respect for his patients and ability to listen to your concerns and try to help you in a crisis is truly a blessing. His staff and office is always welcoming. I definitely recommend him to others and did now a childhood friend now uses his office. For those afraid of dentists I highly recommend him .

**Updated** - Still 5 stars. Had my third appt. and first "real" dental care with them. Everyone was super aware of my needs and very attentive. No notes. Preliminary appointment to establish care, both doctor Yelisey Gurzhuy and his assistant were very knowledgable in the use of new dental technology, professional, gentle and caring. I've set up appointments for a cleaning and the "real" work that needs to be done, all complicated by my other, competing, medical conditions.

Dr Eli and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Always making you feel comfortable and relieving any concerns. My son is having extensive work done after experiencing severe dental anxiety and they have made him relaxed and feeling excited about his dental journey. He has not been anxious once to have to go in. So much love and appreciation for this group.

I’ve been having trouble with an upper molar for several months. I had my dentist (at our usual dental group) check it and he said it was OK. On 7/30/25 another dentist said it should be looked at. On 8/14/25 my dentist said the crown should be removed and the tooth examined. The soonest they could do it was 10/26/25. As the discomfort/pain increased I decided to go outside my dental group and be seen by Dr. Westover at Gresham Dental for a second opinion. Based on the x-ray and his exam, he saw an abscess in the problem tooth and wrote a prescription for Amoxicillin for 7 days. He recommended a root canal be done after the 7 day antibiotic treatment. I went ahead and scheduled to have the root canal with Dr Westover even though he was not part of my dental insurance plan. On 09/24/2
