Mt Hermon Discount Pharmacy

I am switching from this pharmacy after many many years. After receiving texts that my prescriptions are ready, I arrive and it takes at least 15 minutes every time I am there. They constantly don’t have common medications. The staff is friendly but very slow. Just yesterday the young lady handed me my prescriptions and never said a word. She turned and answered the phone. 15 mins later, I am still waiting for my 3rd prescription to be filled. Come to find out, after having to leave and calling, they don’t have the medication. Come on you can do better.

I have been going to this pharmacy for quite some time now and don't plan on changing any time soon. I LOVE the "mom n pop" type atmosphere and most employees know me by name. Lastly this pharmacy has always taken care of my needs in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to others.

The pharmacists at this pharmacy are truly outstanding—professional, compassionate, and always willing to take the time to answer questions thoroughly. They make you feel heard and respected, which is rare and so appreciated. The techs and window staff are just as wonderful—kind, patient, and always greet you with a smile. You can tell the whole team genuinely cares about the people they serve. I'm so grateful to have found this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is so accommodating and well-run. They are always pleasant. My prescriptions are ready in a timely manner, and if not, they let me know when I can pick them up. I would recommend them to anyone.
