Mt Auburn Hospital Rheumatologists: Hayes Amee J

I've had a bad patient experience at Mt Auburn Rheumatology. The doctor’s office has shown a “no-care” attitude towards my struggle with estimating the costs for 19 blood tests that a doctor there prescribed (I wanted to know the cost ahead of doing them). Both my insurer and I have not been able to get the relevant information from them to calculate the cost. At one point, they said that their “process” dictated that the codes should be sent via mail (not email or via a secure patient gateway). A pile of printed papers that got to me several days later had no codes on them (wasted paper, wasted time). Since then I’ve been on the phone with my insurer 3 times where they tried calling the doctor’s office and the hospital to get the codes for the tests for cost calculation, but failed. I a
