Joanne is without question the best audiologist I have ever dealt with. She understands my likes and dislikes regarding the aids and programs them accordingly. She is always pleasant to deal with and totally professional. She knows how to get the job done without you feeling rushed or overwhelmed. She willingly gives you the time you need, nothing is ever a problem. When I need an aid fixed, she's got my folder and warranty dates ready to go before I even get to ask the question. She does everything to accommodate you. I actually drive 2+ hours to go there, and I am always satisfied, always!
