Lexington Hearing & Speech Center

I had a problem with my hearing aids which were no longer under warranty. I got an appointment quickly. The problem was fixed in under 30 minutes at a very reasonable cost. I am happy and satisfied.

I have always had the best experience with Joanne at Lexington Hearing & Speech Center over the past seven years that I've been a patient there. She is so kind and knowledgeable and it is clear that she cares about her patients' concerns and needs.

Went to check why one aid stopped working. Turned out I had not changed wax guard that side recently enough. Quick no nonsense trip. Saw technician (sorry forgot his name!) And Joanne the audiologist who worked on case from beginning...true professionals. BTW.....forget the for profit ripoff hearing practices. Lexington not for profit, caring, professional, no BS. Ask for Joanne ...skilled and personable.

My experience is always positive at Lexington. Joanne and the staff are always exceptionally caring and professional. I would not go anywhere else.
