Mr. Pramod Menon

The doctors and nurses are great but their office staff is RUDE! Like beyond rude. I let it go the first time I went in and the girl at the window was chomping doritos while checking me in. Then I let it go when the same person spoke to me like I was dumb. But to call and speak to clearly the same person and have her be rude is just ugh. If anything, the office staff needs help on patient empathy, not eating while talking to patients and just overall kindness. Good grief.

Dr. Menon performed an angiogram on me and made me comfortable and completely confident in him. His bedside manner is also incredible! I'm so grateful he is my cardiologist.

I met Dr Menon a few weeks ago for the first time. He was very personable and kind. Answered my questions and assured me this Procedure would be simple. Had my procedure done today and I have to say even though I was nervous he assured me this would be quick and easy. Highly recommend Dr menon.

I will never, never go to this man again. There is so much to say about his unprofessionalism. He did an angiogram on my heart and legs two years ago, and in spite of my wanting, needing and asking for amswers - he has never found the time to discuss my condition with me. I only met him for about 5 minutes total , and all he really cared about was improving his tennis serve - and racking up his stent record. Walking should have been suggested, but was not.

Dr. Menon is the best in the business. He is compassionate, patient, and, most of all, extremely knowledgeable. He uses cutting edge techniques, but explains them in the most approachable and simple terms. We are so lucky to have found a doctor who cares about my grandmother so much.
