I like the services this store provides, and the staff is friendly, efficient and professional. One exception is on one of their managers, at the pharmacy side. I didn’t see his face or know his name, but recently I stepped in for a UPS package and had to listen to how badly (& loudly) he treated the staff. It was like a parent scolding a child in public, and I find that quite unprofessional. The staff were also quiet and obedient. There should be manager training for these matters so that no one suffers public embarrassment. The store and staff is very good however and I recommend it.

Hands down the best experience I've had with a pharmacist or pharmacy ever. After multiple days of headaches at the big brand pharmacies, it took 1 hour for my problem to get completely solved here and to get medication that I needed to have almost a week ago. Highly recommended. I definitely won't be going anywhere else.

I can’t speak for the pharmacy section, but I can comment on the packaging and delivery services. My first visit went smoothly and the return process was simple. However, during my second visit, I followed the exact same steps I did before — including not taping the package — and was treated very differently. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to assist or clearly explain what needed to be done to complete the return. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism made the experience very frustrating. This location definitely needs improvement in customer service and communication.

It’s been a great experience since I’ve transferred over. The customer service is great and the pharmacy has everything you need. If you have any doubt about a medication they carry, just give them a call to ask and have your doctor send them the prescription, I guarantee they will do their best.

Tiffany was an awesome helper, beautiful spirit and an authentic kind spirit. Mr. Tran also a wonderful pharmacist. I'm very fortunate to find this pharmacy!
