I had an excellent experience with Mr. Dassan Ali. He is a highly professional and knowledgeable specialist who treats his patients with great respect. I recently got my new hearing aids from him, and the entire process was smooth and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended!

He's got a great team running this office. They're very efficient, quick, and helpful. Dr. Dassan Ali himself is patient, thorough, and helpful when talking to his patients. He answered all of my questions in detail and offered recommendations. Not once did I feel rushed out. Dr. Dassan Ali is a compassionate, sincere and respectful audiologist. My father was having a difficult time adjusting to his hearing aid where he purchased elsewhere. Dr. Ali made sure to reshape and reprogram them to the best of his ability in order for my father to feel comfortable using it. He was very patient and took his time to make sure my father was satisfied. We are very grateful and appreciate all that he did!

Dr. Ali was absolutely amazing. Total lifesaver. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years now. So I have been wearing the same old analog technology and I was fine with them up until the last few years. I do not like change, so I was very hesitant and resistant to the new type of hearing aids on the market.
