We had the most incredible nurse tonight! Crystal was so amazing daughter and her bedside manner made an uncomfortable situation so much better! I would come back here over and over with Crystal as my nurse and would recommend her to everyone! Dr. Buckingham was also very good and thorough. Most doctors aren’t as hands on as her. These ladies really excel in their field!

I am now posting this a few weeks out from the visit but wrote this the same evening I returned from this ER. I thought giving myself some time to sleep on it would possibly change my feelings on our experience here, however my feelings have not changed. Background: this took place on a Tuesday evening following initial visits to urgent care on the previous Friday evening and Monday morning. The Dr. at the second visit to the urgent care advised “if your symptoms continue to worsen, please go to the ER to get a chest x-ray or CT.” That was the primary reason we went to the ER so soon as I am aware that illness can last a week or more. A few months ago I went to this Emergency Room hospital and I was very impressed with the services I received. I was able to get in right away and a sonogram was provided. The doctor and staff were very attentive. They saved my life in a sense because I did not want to go to a main hospital and at this place they found an urgent medical matter that I was having and I was prescribed the medicine I needed to follow up with my doctor. Thank you !

I wouldn't waste your time, just go to Three Crosses across the street of you want proper care. The night crew is lazy and rude. I guess for most of Las Cruces this kinda of poor treatment is fitting.

I went in with severe back pain, nausea, and painful urination. After running all tests, I was told I was “all clear”, and given a tramadol prescription for my “muscle spasms” as said by the nurse. I received my CT report and labs prior to leaving after asking about them. I read the results at home, because they weren’t explained to me, and the report said that I had two kidney stones. How is that all clear? Aside from the absence of a physical exam, the bedside manner was completely lacking as well. Dr. McClain’s sarcasm was unwarranted and unnecessary when telling me that sleeping on the hospital bed was better than sleeping on a park bench. On top of that, when asked if there was any chance of pregnancy and I said no, he responded by asking if I had a hysterectomy in a sarcastic manner
