Mountain West Optical

My experience with Mountain West Optical was very positive. Very friendly staff from the moment you walk through the door. The technician helping me pick out frames was very professional and personable. My prescriptive sunglasses with polarised and tinted lenses were completed in 3 days... wow. Apparently they have an in-house lab and process their own lenses. I originally went to another optical clinic in Twin Falls and did not feel the vibe I felt from Mountain West Optical. Not only that, I saved over $400 from the price I received from the other Twin Falls clinic. I love my new Wiley X frames. I have nothing but positive reviews for Mountain West Optical and will continue to use them for all my optical needs. Don't waste your time shopping other optical clinics. I highly reco

Excellent customer service from beginning to end… The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. They even had my new glasses finished earlier than promised and I was able to pick them up the same day!!

Upon arriving, I was intrigued with how lovely and interesting the office was. The office staff was warm, personable and knowledgeable. My appointments with the doctors were professional and enjoyable. They took their time to explain things to me, I received a wonderful eye exam, advice and a referral for the next step in my eye care. This was the best eye appointment i think i have ever had. My new prescription is wonderful and the doctor made sure my glasses fit perfectly. I am very pleased with my new glasses and the special care I received.

With 38 years of Military Service and 8 deployments, 5 of which were combat deployments, I can safely attest to the fact that Terry and his staff are the best in the world. My previous favorite sun glasses were the ESS glasses that Terry did for me 3 years ago and my new favorite sun glasses are the ones that he made for me last week, the ESS Rollbar. These are awesome beyond measure and will suit me well as safety and sunglasses day and night because the lenses are interchangeable and meet military standards for blast protection. ESS referred me to Terry and Mountain West Optical when I asked them how to get prescription lenses for the glasses I purchased at the Military Clothing Sales store here at Fort Carson Colorado.
