Mountain View Orthodontics: Longmont Location

I have had the fortune of having both of my daughters work with Mountain View for the dental services. The last several years I felt like it has been a partnership to help my daughters overcome various dental inconsistencies that could have resulted in long term problems. Dr. Sebastian and his predecessor both were highly knowledgeable, extremely amicable, and the entire team offered first rate services. If I had a complaint it would be timing for appointments was occasionally difficult, but that is not uncommon in the medical field. I believe that they truly do offer the best orthodontic service in Longmont. I’m grateful for having worked with them.

I would not recommend based on personal experiences and shortcomings—thousands of dollars down the drain over the years and an inconceivable belief that they hold a grudge against you once you stop using their services—greed? All could have been avoided if they had made more durable and reliable night retainers back in 2019, and now, the current orthodontist who runs the show seems to have inherited that grudge based on notes of me switching away from their services. What happened to the lifelong guarantee policy/clause within the initial contract signed back in 2014 when I first became a patient—was that just discarded over the years? Clearly, they care more about money than customer satisfaction or loyalty, and they left a poor taste in my mouth to where I'll likely never do business wit

The whole staff is warm and friendly and they do a great job educating the patient. Dr. Baumgaertel is one of the friendliest Drs I have met and he takes time to explain things to the level of understanding of each patient. Such an awesome team with great culture and excellent clinical skills.

Dr. Sebastian is very skilled and thorough, with a well trained and friendly staff. Open to adult patients, never rushed. Explains treatment plan, talks to you, never down to you. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and informative. We went in for a consultation and felt very knowledgeable about the next steps and rationale behind them. They made getting braces seem more exciting than scary.
