I found a GEM of a doctor!!! Dr Houseworth has the best personality, great bedside manner and just a pleasure to talk with. I feel very confident that his treatment plan will get my feet back to normal. The office staff is kind & very nice. Phone calls are answered & they have a website that’s easy to navigate as well.

The staff is so friendly everyone is so kind the doctors excellent you’re in pain. You don’t have to wait for an appointment. He will-see you right away. they have two offices for your convenience Richmond and Petersburg have been to both and they both are beautiful.

So very thankful for this practice! I had been having terrible toe pain on and off for quite a while after a pedicure. My pcp and urgent care tried different approaches but it kept getting worse. Mountain Spring got me in the same day, everyone was very professional and nice, no wait time, and the doctor was great! He listened to my history and thoroughly explained what was going on. I followed his recommendations and am doing so much better. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Identified my issue, made a plan for future care after an upcoming surgery, and learned so much about my particular situation! Very much recommend! Wish I would have gone years ago.
