The new lab tech needs to learn not to shove a need into your arm then shove it deeper and not to make her patients uncomfortable and learn to listen to the patients. I have never had a bad lab tech with this office until recently.Im honestly surprised she didnt blow my vein and I won't be surprised if Im bruised tomorrow.

Therapist sucked, primary care was decent. My old primary care here was excellent but she moved I believe. Psychiatrist was also not great. Wouldn't recommend beyond a primary care provider, look elsewhere for specialized care.

I came in to establish myself as a new patient. I had a few different health things I wanted to sort out, both physical and mental. All of my concerns were completely dismissed. One thing I wanted was help finding someone I could see for weekly/ongoing therapy. I was told they do NOT provide that there and instead they only do crisis counseling as needed. However I just downloaded my records from them and see that they wrote that I told them I did not want regular therapy and only wanted to see someone as needed... which is the exact opposite of what I had told them. Edit: I just was looking at my billing history and I realize they billed me for a "Psychotherapy 30 Mins" with their social worker which is complete bull. Got our family for an illness and gave us great care even though we were late!! Our favorite local PCP!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The doctor and nurses were very kind and took time to listen to my medical concerns/needs. I ended up being able to get financial assistance with my medical bills through Mountain Laurel, since we’re currently uninsured and have a limited income. Loved the pretty waiting rooms and signage!
