Terrible care. Dr. Crable not coming back although they tell you he is up until few weeks ago. PA there now inexperienced not overly knowledgeable. Always a wait phone calls never answered professionally if you want sub par care with wait this is place. It's just insurance mill not place get kind knowledgeable Healthcare. Do not get them for Primary Care they are not qualified or even close. Staff turn around very high seen least 10 nurses and staff come go in 2 year span.

I tried to get my 4 month old seen today. I was told by one receptionist that there was 1 person ahead of me. 5 minutes later when I called, another receptionist (DEBBIE) answered the phone and told me it was over an hour long wait (there were 2 cars in the parking lot) and she got hateful with me when I tried to ask for my child to be seen. She asked what my daughters symptoms were. Once I told her she told me that she would not register her nor allow her to be seen without being covid tested. My daughter was covid tested 3 days ago and was negative. Not every illness is Covid.. what good is an urgent care when they refuse to see you.. especially A BABY

Dr. DJ Crable and staff are empathetic and truly care. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure their patients get the care needed. Dr. Crable is not afraid to take on challenging patients with rare diseases/disorders but also not afraid to admit he doesn't know what to do and do his best to find a specialist who may.

This urgent care was amazing. Tammy and Jess were so great and funny, which helped ease the nerves while getting 8 stitches! If we weren't 4 hours from home,I would go there for everything!

Dr.Crayton is amazing she really took the time when my kids were sick with the flu and looked them over with a fine tooth comb. Really put my mind at ease.
