Being new to the area I chose this clinic for my prostate issues. The staff is friendly enough. I was prescribed aa medication for my prostate issues, but it required a preaurthorization from the insurance company. The prescription was sent to Express Scripts and this clinic was contacted by both Express Scripts and the insurance company, but this clinic failed to respond to either for more information. For over 2 months this clinic ignored both Express Scripts and the insurance company for more information. Also there are over 3 nurses at this clinic and none of them can draw blood? This clinic sent me a letter stating that I needed to go to my primary care doctor or to the hospital to have my PSA blood work drawn. In this day and age, why doesn't a clinic like this have someone on staff
