Heartland Pharmacy

All the people that work here are awesome! Very friendly. No long wait lines and, they get your prescriptions filled in a timely manner. The pharmacists are always nice, patient, and knowledgeable when you have any questions.

I have been going to this pharmacy for a long time. A few years ago, some new staff started working there, and one of them—a woman who usually wears a headband—has been very unfriendly. I noticed that she is polite and even smiles when talking to male customers, but when it comes to me, her tone is cold, rude, and impatient. Once, when I spoke to her on the phone, she even hung up on me. It makes me feel very uncomfortable. Honestly, I sometimes want to avoid coming here on the days she is working. Please, be kind and respectful to all customers.

My first time filling there and they gave me someone else's prescription. Which, I opened and almost took. I've had issues with getting my medicine filled and every time I talk to them, they are always rude and unprofessional. I ended up changing pharmacies. The ladies there need some customer service training.

They are so kind and friendly. Very helpful. Go above and beyond.
