I wish I had listened to reviews. I had bad experiences both with cosmetic and medical dermatology. Here are just some of my unpleasant experiences: I had a BBL & Moxi treatment by Bri - despite smelling my hair burning, questioning if she was going into my hairline during treatment and repeatedly telling me no, she burned my hairline into tiny little frazzled pieces all around my forehead that took forever to rectify. The baby hairs felt like wire and looked horrible for months around my face. -10/10 When I asked Dr Bonati about a questionable mole, I was told it looked normal and not to worry. I pushed for a biopsy as I'd never had a mole appear so suddenly or grow so quickly and it was on my face - somewhere I'd rather address before it became larger. They emailed me the results soon
