I absolutely love going to this dental office. As someone who has disliked the dentist since I was young, the entire team truly goes out of their way to ease my anxiety and make every cleaning or treatment feel simple, calm, and comfortable. Courtney is always so personable, welcoming, and genuinely fun to be around. She makes every visit feel relaxed and positive, and I actually look forward to my appointments now. Dr. Yap is also wonderful to work with and has such a kind, reassuring presence. The whole team consistently takes extra time to answer any questions or concerns without ever making you feel rushed. I also really appreciate that they can show visual previews of what your teeth can look like after braces, veneers, or crowns, it makes the entire process feel much more transpare

Mountain crest did not inform my wife they were not in network. Shame on us for not doing our due diligence and research. This only became apparent after the bill. What was to be a standard cleaning became an expensive $1000 deep cleaning due to peer pressure. Then tried to pressure her into getting 2 crowns for the price of $3000. After getting a second opinion, there was no bone loss or need for crowns. Deep cleaning could have waited and they missed obvious cavities. Paid large amount in office, under impression that was paid in full. Received additional bill 2 weeks later with additional charges due. Reminder to check with your insurance if your DR is in network. Charged for multiple services she was not informed -30$ for gum cancer check -30$ flouride -49$ oral evaluation -252$ for

Very well Dental office. My Hygienist is warm, friendly, and great at her job. The Dentist is also great. If I did have dental issues I’m sure the people here would take fantastic care of my teeth.

This dental practice is OUTSTANDING!!! I was impressed with the entire staff from the minute I walked into the reception area. Professional and personable. The best cleaning I have had in quite a while from Estefanny. I had a broken crown and Dr. Smith was able to remove the broken crown and get me a temporary. An extremely well run practice with excellent hygienists and dentists. Pleased beyond my expectations.

Everyone was very accommodating. Explained everything very well. Courtney was amazing. First time since I was younger I'd had a fluoride treatment. Very impressed by all. Definitely will return.
