Mount St. Mary's Primary Care

I have been SO sick- can’t get even out of bed to go to the bathroom. Fever raging for 3 days and nothing makes it go down or can get my aches to go away. Called them three times to try to get someone to call me to talk to me to prescribe something. Kept being told I would get a call back - now it’s 4:30 and of course the only thing they want to offer is to go to ER and sit and wait for several hours. I will not be going back here, they don’t care, they don’t even have the courtesy to call me back and tell me that. There is no ‘care’ here. Then this ‘triage’ nurse says ‘oh I see you tested negative for COVID.’ I replied, ‘No, I said I didn’t have a test at home and didn’t take a test.’ Then she wanted to dismiss the fact that she pulled that statement out of nowhere. Incompetent - at best.

Not sure what is going on with the primary office but there has been a lot of "balls dropped lately" if you call and leave a message dont expect follow up or a call back, not even a portal message, nothing even if you have been to urgent care twice for the same thing with. It seems like they have taken on so many patients that they cannot take care of the ones that they have had for a long time, truly sad!!

I haven’t found a great primary since All of the Mosher medical facilities were shut down in Buffalo and that was almost a decade ago. When I tell you I am so happy to have found Mt St Mary’s health care facility, I do not lie. From the ER to primary, labs and X-rays the staff is unbelievably nice and super respectful. They listen and care!!!!! They don’t make you feel like they didn’t want to be at their job and they smile no matter what time of day or night it is. I can’t stress enough how important it is to be human and be nice and this care facility is exactly that, they are a great example of how healthcare workers should be. Horrible! The doctor I have been seeing is great, but this part of catholic health is so inadequate. They put things on my visit summary that are not even problems and they say these issues were addressed when they absolutely were not because they are not current medical problems<---<<<maybe its a way to make more money and bill insurance for more than is real. Who knows. All I know is this particular aspect of catholic health just sucks. I won't be returning because I don't like deceit. As well as how does a person get good care when all the stuff they decide to put on your visit summary is so incorrect, which means its in their electronic system which means you can not even correct it. Missed My first apt by mistake. when I called they said i could reschedule. when i filially got around to reschedule i was told that i was dismissed and can never be a patient there due to multiple no shows even tho it was only one. Not like they really missed out on anything,
