Mount Sinai-Wantagh

Went for infusion therapy. Nurse Timothy R was excellent. Extremely thorough in checking vitals, asking questions and answering. Facility was very new and clean with plenty of parking. A big thanks to Melissa for arranging the move from Oceanside to Wantagh.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Mount Sinai. The staff are professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to patient care. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure that patients feel supported and informed. Appointments are well-organized, communication is clear, and the level of expertise is outstanding. I truly appreciate the care and attention given during each visit. Mount Sinai exemplifies excellence in healthcare, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking quality medical care.

I called to confirm my appt That I waited months for ,the person who answered said yes it tomorrow,I said ok im confirming the morning of rhe appt.in a bad snowstorm I called to make sure the appt.was still on and they were running on time ..yes she says be here 15 mins before hand ,so I was the desk says oh no its tomorrow ,total ahit show I have to remember when the name MT.SINAI IS INVOLVED TO RUN THE OTHER WAY..so if you have an appt. Here you might want to rethink it..

Rushed appointments with doctors rushing their patients out during my visits and intake time. Weird experience after visiting two different departments same problem. You would think they're so busy but they're not to even try and justify this behavior. It's almost as if they shouldn't be open yet due to obvious short staffing.
