From the minute we walked in, we felt comfortable and relaxed. This could have been an anxious experience but both the main desk person and the audiologist made it very pleasant. The exam was thorough and the explanations clear. There was no attempt to upsell us on the devices we needed but rather a matter of fact explanation of the options. I would highly recommend this office!

The Dr in the office is very nice but more importantly is very knowledgeable. She does a very thorough examination and answers all of my questions. I am very happy with this practice

Audiologist, Kelly, was very helpful and professional in diagnosing the cause of malfunction of one of my hearing aids,--it was blocked by earwax. She successfully cleared the device and recommended an over-the-counter debriding product to prevent recurrence. She was pleasant and efficient as she moved through the stages of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and on to problem resolution. .

Fantastic experience. Been dealing with hearing loss for many years, and these folks are the best! Always willing to answer questions, provide options, and work with you. Awesome folks!

We went at Audibel Wantagh location two weeks ago to get Hearing aid and a hearing test for my Dad. Dr. Kelly Laux was very supportive. She explained everything clearly and answered all the questions that we had. She also called insurance for a insurance payment issue and tried to resolve the issue. 5/5 Stars for Dr. Kelly Laux.
