First let me say the dental hygienist Alison was very nice and extremely thorough, she was great. Dr. Planken was very knowledgeable and so pleasant as well. The office staff is the reason for one star. I was a brand new patient so not familiar with the "old school" getting buzzed in. The office manager, I believe was Andrea, literally yelled open the door. When I walked in the look on her face was anger and disgust so unprofessional and so not welcoming at all, she seems very angry.. lol . I'm not sure of the other receptionists name, it was not Tina but was also not a pleasure. I read very good reviews that's why I chose this practice, maybe it was an off day. Needless to say I would not recommend.

I have found myself an honest, caring and professional office. Andrea was so efficient from the first phone call to her knowledge of insurance and helping me book my first appointment within hours. Upon meeting Dr Planken, she was very knowledgeable and sensitive to my dental dilemma, and with great ease, had a speedy solution as well as confirmation of further dental procedures moving forward. I have found myself feeling confident in my decision to become a patient in her practice, along with referring my entire family. Can smile once again..

The office is friendly. The dentist assistants are great and super helpful when you ask questions. Doctor Macarena Planken is so knowledgeable and friendly. She genuinely cares about her patients. Old school dentist where they know you and your habits. Really great office.

I always have a great visit at Dr. Planken’s office, The staff is incredibly friendly And professional from start to finish. Doctor Planken always takes the time to explain Everything clearly And made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend Dr. plank and for all your dental needs

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Planken and her staff. They are the BEST.
