Mount Sinai Skylake

I had a good experience during my annual visit at Mount Sinai. The facility was clean and well organized, and the staff made the visit comfortable. Doctor Alon Davis was professional, and took the time to listen, which I really appreciated. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was a positive experience overall.

I spent 40 minutes on the line just trying to see if the doctor Alon Davis, MD is available for February specifically. The person who answered the phone was speaking broken English and couldn’t understand me properly. He wanted all my information, which took about 38 minutes for him to get from me, and only after ~40 minutes he said the doctor has no availability in February. 43 minutes wasted. I just called today, the person answered, and was trying to help, but he was not catching what I was saying quickly and it appeared to me that he was typing very slowly on his computer/whatever he was working on - which was making things taking too much time. I specifically said in the beginning, I just wanted to see if doctor has availability for February, and the person on the phone said I’d nee

This was my first visit with Dr. Prudent and Mt.Sinai Sklylake. I was very pleased with Dr. Prudent and the nice office location. From my arrival until I left, everything flowed smoothly and promptly. Dr. Prudent and the office staff there, were very friendly, professional and courteous. I didn't have a long wait time throughout the entire process. I am glad I chose this doctor and the location. I am very pleased with my choice of doctor and the location of her office.

I waited 3 weeks for my 1st appointment with Dr. Delores Prudent. My healthcare car service could not figure out how to get me there in time even though I live 5 minutes away. So, I called and the front desk person said it was okay since I was on the way. Arriving maybe 5 minutes late, I was rudely turned away by some front desk female who stated. 1. Wait 2 hours 2. OR reschedule to Feb. which would be another lengthly delay. Odd, we noticed 3 other patients who had a same time appointment accepted. No courtesy, interest, sympathy or compassion whatsoever mixed with a nasty unnecessary attitude. Definitely NOT good when the symptoms one face are extremely serious. When I walked in to the office, I counted 15 people in the waiting room and thought I would be there for hours. To my surprise, I was called in less than 10 minutes. There are a few doctors at the center so the wait was minimal. Dr. Davis is very patient and I didn't feel rushed to go over my questions. Overall, I had a great experience.
