Mount Sinai Key Biscayne Physician Offices

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Avoid this office and Dr. Elisa George at all costs. I had an annual visit on August 13 and returned on August 21 to provide blood and urine samples. I waited three weeks for my results to appear in MyChart, but they never did. After more than a week of trying to reach the office, someone finally answered and told me to wait another week. By September 23, I still had no results. When I called again and asked for an explanation, they admitted they had lost my samples. I went back on September 24 to redo the labs. They told me the results would be available in MyChart within 24 hours. By September 26, nothing had been uploaded. When I called once more, the office told me the results would not appear in MyChart because they had sent my samples to a differen

I had my annual checkup booked fir the end of March since November last year. They just cancelled my appointment and the next available one in KB is in May. This is the second time they do this. Terrible service. I will find another provider.

Most unprofessional practice I have been to in my life. It's completely unacceptable how difficult it is to get in touch with them or get anything done, even the most simple things. There is no direct phone to reach them so communication is with some middleman "relaying" messages, to which they often don't even respond to them. It's unacceptable not being able to reach the office. Especially in times that it need be possible in a timely manner.

3 visits: - first: all good. - second: 1h30 delay. I understand the delays (emergencies or some serious conditions prevail, fine) but the delay was surely known before my appointment. A courtesy call would have been great, i’d stayed home/work for 1h more and not wait in the waiting room. - third: scheduled for tomorrow, cancelled today and next availability in 1month. Poor planning

I am in Key Biscayne annually for four months. My primary care physician in New York advised me to become established with a physician in Key Biscayne. I am fortunate to have had two appointments with Dr. George. She is thorough and professional while being approachable and caring. I am grateful to have had Dr. George recommended to me. It is a secure feeling knowing that I am now an established patient. Thank you.
