I came in today to follow up on my ear, and once again I had a very positive experience. The staff was kind, professional, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the care and patience they showed me. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommended.

Visited yesterday with symptoms of laryngitis, reception was very efficient and saw a PA who tested vitals and for Covid, flu and strep. Results: positive for Laryngitis : medications prescribed and picked up at CvS promptly.. Great experience and reassuring that Baptist Health Urgent Care Express is there. Well done!

I didn’t like this experience as they didn’t check us at all then did X Ray, after the X Ray she checked us and said oh, you need do CT scan. And strong recommended to have CT scan. I felt it’s such a rip off to get us do more and more procedures

Really magnificent. Dr. Dante was super kind in her manners and immediately identified what was causing the scratch in my eye and took it out. I got instant relief. Loved Baptist Health Urgent Care. Very grateful!

Our visit with Dr. Dawnta was superb. She made every effort to treat my toddler with care, compassion, patience and absolute kindness. All while assisting me in handling my younger toddler with coloring pages and crayons. I’ve been back and forth to a doctor for weeks and this woman easily did her exam, took samples, got us a proper diagnosis and send medications to our pharmacy within 45 minutes. As a mom I’m so grateful to her and her expertise on a tough family day like today.
