The clinic is very clean, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. I appreciated how quickly they handled check-in and other administrative tasks. While waiting, one of the receptionists was singing quite loudly, which was a bit distracting, but overall it didn’t take away from the positive experience. The waiting area is spacious with plenty of seating, and the water dispenser is well-maintained. Hand sanitizers are available throughout the clinic, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The doctor was professional, attentive, and the appointment went smoothly. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this clinic to others.

Everyone was very caring. Could not have asked for a better team. From first appointment to last they made feel like I really mattered! Dr Willams took the time to see me before surgery and made me comfortable! He also took the time to see me in ICU and also in step down room. I can’t thank him and the entire team for all they did for me.

Beware of Billing Practices – Charged as ER for a Routine Visit I’m sharing this to warn others about my experience at the Mount Sinai cardiology center located at 37-22 82nd St, Jackson Heights, NY 11372. I went in for what was clearly a standard cardiology consultation, not an emergency visit. Despite this, the clinic billed the appointment as an Emergency Room visit, resulting in much higher charges. When I contacted the clinic to dispute this, they repeatedly dodged responsibility and blamed my insurance. However, my insurance company confirmed they do not recognize this clinic as an Emergency Room and denied that the charge classification came from them. This back-and-forth left me stuck in the middle with unfair charges and no accountability from the clinic. The lack of transparency

Don't do it, they are the worst. Always running late, months for an appointment. Health care here sucks. 2 hours and waiting

It was quick to sign in. Waited 10 minutes. Vitals were taken and then Dr Singh came into the room. He was very kind and polite. Went through all the test I had done and everything came out good. He is a great cardiologist.
