Mount Sinai Doctors - Williamsburg

I went in for what should have been a routine skin check and left with a large wound on my arm that did not heal normally. It bled for nearly three weeks and ultimately left a noticeable scar that has made me self-conscious about wearing short sleeves. Thankfully the biopsy came back benign, which I’m grateful for, but the experience and outcome were extremely upsetting. The procedure felt overly aggressive for what was supposed to be a simple check, and the healing process was far worse than expected. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.

My doctor was good and attentive when it came to the appointment, but on my last visit i had a 5:15 PM appt and had to wait 1 hour to see the doctor. It also took the front desk a week to give faxed paperwork to the doctor, so I was super stressed that my forms wouldn’t get filled out in time.

I love Dr. Enschede! She's been my doc for more than 10 years and I feel cared for and heard! Also we always have a good time! ;-)

Had 2 visits at this location approximately a year ago and although I wasn’t completely satisfied with the front desk staff I did not complain. This time however I went in there in order to schedule an appointment for my son and holy crap…the guy in the reception area was very rude, pretty much saying (without actually stating the words) how dare I interrupt his Saturday morning and make him work to schedule the appointment for me. He did end up scheduling it with much pain but I ended up taking my son somewhere else and cancelled the appointment. I cannot say with certainty whether he was lazy, in bad mood that morning or just plain racist but I would expect a little bit of courtesy from the office staff when trying to see a doctor at their location. After all if it wasn’t for us patients

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Danya Reich’s whenever she’s in my insurance network. She’s thoughtful, intelligent, caring, and down to earth. She goes above and beyond to account for all my concerns with empathy and a holistic approach and to actually resolve issues to improve my well being. She’s an angel in an industry that can feel like it works against its patients and I’m so grateful to have her on my side!
