I’ve visited Dr. D’Sa a few times and even when you come in early you have to wait; even when the office is empty. I scheduled an appointment for 2:45pm and her assistant called me asking me to leave at 2:15pm. I was already on the way. Since it’s the day after new years there’s heavy traffic, causing me to be 13 mins late. They were aware that I was late and the doctor left. Since it’s was the last patient. Terrible communication skills at this facility

I made an to appointment to see Dr, D'Sa. Was taken into a room by a "medical assistant" Blood pressure was taken over my sweater with my legs dangling and my arms unsupported. Then my blood was taken, with my sweater rolled up. I asked whether I would be given a gown, and she said not until I saw the doctor. I asked how she was planning to do an EKG. She said I could lift up my shirt and she would place the leads. Apparently she was unaware that putting EKG leads under an underwire bra could lead to an abnormal finding. She didn't seem to care. I asked to see the doctor. While I was waiting I decided that any practice who allowed someone so poorly trained to work with patients, was not where I wanted to be. I walked out.

Literally never had an issue making an appointment. Never had an issue with wait time. Staff is nice. Dr. D’Sa is really nice.

It is difficult to get an appointment. I have had concerns with being extremely tired. And was hoping to get some recommendations from the doctor. Perhaps more blood tests. I have never received a call to go over my test results. I get them through the app and figure them out myself. The Office is nice. The staff is nice And nobody is ever rude. Always pleasant

I had been going to this group for many years, but stopped 2 years ago for two reasons. The first is the new communication system whereby all phone calls are answered by a service, not the office. If you want to speak with your doctor, you have to message them through the patient portal and wait for a reply message, which usually comes from a staff member, not the doctor herself. You never get to actually speak with the doctor anymore. Having a good relationship with your doctor is so important, but this system is so impersonal that a relationship is impossible. Which brings me to my second reason. Despite telling my doctor that I didn't want a certain blood test done at my routine annual physical because my insurance company didn't cover it, she ordered it anyway. She assured me th
