Dr.Adams and her team are super kind and I felt very comfortable throughout. I went to get my nexplanon removed and to discuss other birth control options.

A clean new modern location. However, I brought recent xray images and report from another facility. They claimed difficulty opening the images and pushed to take their own. After waiting over 2 hours I gave in and let them retake the images. Lost half a day at work and will most likely be billed for the redundancy. After they retook the images they said they were now able to access the ones I brought.The staff were all very kind. Hopefully my problem will be cured. Will see at the follow up visit.

Mt Sinai at South Ave in Staten Island is a great place to get treatment for various conditions. The offices are meticulous and the staff are very friendly and professional. You can get x-rays or MRIs done right before your dr visit. The staff go out of their way to make your visit quick and easy. I highly recommend going there for treatment.

Dr James Lin. Is a great Dr knowledgable before and after my spine fusion surgery he has been there for any questions I have and on my follow up appointments also he takes his time to explain and answer my questions speak and articulate very well for anyone can understand what’s going on with my body and pain I will recommend Dr Lin to family and friends also the staff at the office on 1441south ave si ny 10314 and at mount sanai hospital at 5 ave New York are very pedant and polite the offices are very clean

I was so excited to see him. He has the best personality I can stay sitting with him forever. He made me feel so good in the beginning I really wanted him to be the one to save my life, but it turns out he doesn’t have the technique to do my surgery, I’m still heartbroken. I wanted him to recommend me Someone it seems like he wasn’t comfortable so I called the chief of Mount Sinai spine surgeon. I emailed him late at night and he got back to me as soon as possible and he wants to see me. And he wants to put the best effort to make sure my condition is Resolved , because I Almost promised myself if I get brushed off in this appointment with Dr. James Lin I was going to continuously risk operating on myself , Because I suffered and went through hell just to find someone that I can trust, The
