Tina Brewer is the most helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient employee at this Center. She was always happy to help me with any questions or requests when my family member was at the facility. What truly sets her apart is her dedication. She anticipates needs, follows up diligently, and advocates wholeheartedly for the residents. Her compassion, professionalism, and commitment to quality care make a meaningful difference everyday! Our family is deeply grateful for her support and the positive impact she has had on our experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Mt. Olive Center in Mt. Olive, NC. The staff were kind, professional, and truly attentive to the needs of residents and visitors. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and confident in the care being provided. My very close friend has been at Genesis for most of this year. I've found the facility and its staff to be kind, considerate and helpful to its patients and their friends and relatives. The dedicated staff have always been attentive to my friend's needs, be they daily and routine, or more specialized such as with different types of therapy. It has been a very good environment for him, and I highly recommend this Skilled Nursing Facility for those who would benefit from its dedicated quality of care.

My grandmother was a patient there for several years. Staff was so friendly and helpful to her and us.

Do not send your loved one here. My dad went into septic shock and ended up getting several bacterial infections. Unfortunately he passed away. He had a stroke and was paralyzed on his right side. Yall took my father away from me. The staff there were rude and unprofessional and did nothing to help him.
