Mount Carmel Urgent Care - Grove City

All staff was incredibly amazing and kind. I had been in an accident leaving me with a lot of road rash. I was scared and nervous. I was seen by Joanna Sulerzyski and she was so kind. She cleaned me up and bandaged me up. This was a long process but she was patient and kind and let me know everything would be okay. Highly recommend this place.

I went in because I had a film over my eye that I could not clear up on my own. Everyone that I came in contact with was very kind and respectful. I did not have to wait long to be seen. The provider wrote me a prescription and the medicine worked quickly. It was a positive experience.

Wait time was great, barely finished registration and I was called back. Staff was great, listened to concerns and shared ideas and possibilities based on testing. Nothing beats seeing your regular doctor but they were great for a one-off and as needed. Hope I dont need to go back and see them but would do so happily if needed!

Very courteous, professional and quick.I got in and out quickly. My medicine was ready at the pharmacy.By the time I got ready to leave. Great job!!! The nurse practitioner was very professional and very attentive.

This is a very good urgent care. Clean, not crowded, and efficient. The staff on duty listened, they were thorough and explained diagnosis and instructions clearly. Did not take a long time for test results. Happy I went there.
