I have been a patient of this office for several years. I have referred numerous family and friends to this office. Dr.Westra and her nurses are the very best. I have never had a problem getting an appointment or prescription refills. Also, if I ever have a medical concern I receive a call back within a reasonable amount of time.

Baby had concerning symptoms but nothing ER worthy. Called on a friday around noon to see if we could maybe get some advice or in before his next scheduled appointment. Received call back around 2pm, described symptoms again. Lady on phone says "ok we'll talk to the doctor and get back to you." Next Tuesday, a different lady calls, described symptoms a third time. Told her we had called Friday and now on Tuesday the symptoms had started to fade just a bit, but we were still concerned. Then they hung up on me without any response. Waited a bit to see if they'd call back in case it was an accident, nothing. God forbid someone be frustrated that it took nearly 72 business hours to get some kind of response on their sick kid I guess. I did not raise my voice, swear, or otherwise become abusi

I've been seeing Dr Horn since I was a kid (25 now) and usually hate going to any kind of appts but this office has always made me feel super comfortable and I never dread coming here. Dr Horn is the best doctor and I very much appreciate him and a his assistants/nurses!

I did not have a good experience with Dr Patel. When I first met him he was rude, not compassionate, doesn’t listen. Currently looking for a better Dr. I can relate to.

Nice facility, but rude over the phone about rescheduling. Left my previous visit and followed up with the desk on the way out to preschedule, should of confirmed the time since a few days before my upcoming appointment I get a notification that my appointment is hours earlier than I ever schedule anything for myself. Usually no issues but spoke with a lady over the phone just for her to say “should have confirmed the time on the machine it’s as simple as that”. Left it at that and hung up, extremely rude way to respond when someone goes out of their way to your location.
